Refund, Returns and
Cancellation Policies:
Refunds are given for unsatisfactory products. You must contact Xtreme
Collection with in 3 days of receipt of item. If the item is not up to the
mark as stated in the item's description, then the buyer is eligible for a
100% refund including shipping costs. If Buyer needs to returns an item due to
any other reason then only the purchase amount less a 15% restocking fee will
be refunded. In the case of an exchange, buyer would be responsible for all
shipping and handling charges that may incur. All packages will be provided
with a tracking number. Furthermore, Xtreme Collection is not responsible for
Custom Seizures on International Orders.
Product Warranty
All warranty returns or exchanges must have a RMA number associated with it or it will not be accepted at our warehouse and returned back to you. To obtain an RMA, please contact us toll free: (888) 781-1426 Monday - Friday, 9-6 pm PST.
All Warranty claims will be facilitated by XtremeCollection.net, please Contact Us within your warranty period and we will be more then happy to provide with our excellent customer service.
